If you’re wondering why online dating has become such a miserable experience, we have an answer for you. Or, at least, a big part of one. Thanks to social media algorithms, men at the lowest and most frustrated are being bombarded with terrible advice and scams promising to teach them how to fix their mental health and thrive. Unfortunately for them and the women they go on to try and date, the reality is that the advice is almost always a scam that fills them with rage and paranoia while draining their wallets.
